Oside Edits is a video editing service based in Oceanside, California, serving North County San Diego. This page explains what information this website and the service collect, and what happens to it. It is written to be read, not skimmed, so it is short.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, chat widgets, or embedded players from other companies. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party. There is no contact form; the only way to reach us from the site is the email address and phone number shown on it, which open your own email or phone app.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver the pages, and handles it under Cloudflare's privacy policy. Oside Edits does not receive or keep that information.
Because the site does not track visitors, it does not respond differently to "Do Not Track" browser signals; there is nothing to turn off. No third parties collect information about your activity on this site over time or across other sites.
When you contact us
If you email, call, or message us on Instagram, we receive what you send: your name, your contact details, and your message. We use it only to reply and, if you become a client, to do the work. We do not add anyone to a mailing list and we do not sell or share contact details with anyone.
Client footage
Clients send us video clips to edit. Those files are kept on a private computer for 30 days after the finished video is delivered, in case a change is needed, and then deleted along with the finished files. Client footage is never posted, shared, or shown publicly without the client's written permission.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing oside.edits@gmail.com. We will reply within ten business days.
Changes
If this page changes, the effective date at the top will change with it. Material changes will also be noted here for 30 days.
